The paper submission is now open for everybody with an accepted abstract. Please make sure to read the instructions for submission.
Papers should be submitted electronically by e-mail to info@ecwm5.lv no later than 30 June 2010. Papers received after this date will not be considered. After submission, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within 3 working days. The corresponding author will receive ALL correspondence concerning the paper and is responsible for informing the co-authors.
Please prepare your manuscript on the basis of the Paper template. The template is self-explanatory and contains already all the text formats you should use. Please do not change any formats! The manuscript should then be saved as a Word document. The page limit for full oral presentations is 8 pages and for posters is 4 pages. Please do not exceed these page limits.
Oral presentation: 15 min (with questions and answers).
Poster presentation: 1 m wide and 2 m high exhibition stand and a short oral presentation - 5 min (with questions and answers) in the poster session.
